Almost all of our products are custom made, each individual product is specially designed for you, and there are no items in stock. So it takes extra time to produce. The processing time depends on what type of products you choose, usually takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address.
Your order will be shipped to the specified address according to the shipping method selected during checkout:
Arrives 10-13 business days after production time
Arrives 7-10 business days after production time
Arrives 5-7 business days after production time

Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery is impacted by your selected shipping method, and does not account for delays caused by vendors or service and weather disruptions.

When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you. You can also check the status of your order online by logging into the track my order page with your Order ID.
